Chennai, May 2026 : Internet Lifestyle Hub (ILH), one of India’s largest communities of digital coaches and knowledge entrepreneurs, concluded its annual Freedom Business Retreat (FBR) 2026 at The Leela Palace, Chennai, on Tuesday. Held on April 27 and 28, the two-day retreat drew members from across India and introduced a new leadership framework Siddharth Rajsekar has termed the ‘Omega Shift’ — positioned as an alternative to hustle-driven leadership models. The framework charts a progression from ‘Beta’ (the learner) to ‘Alpha’ (the driver and leader) to ‘Omega’, which Siddharth described as ‘a leader who circles back to serve, holds the pack together, and reinvents continuously rather than scaling at the cost of self.’
International business mentor Blair Singer joined the retreat with a video keynote linking the Omega concept to Carl Jung’s psychology, Plato’s allegory of the cave, and the omega wolf in pack dynamics.
“The Omega isn’t the end of the road. It is the most evolved role in the pack — the one that comes back to serve. That is exactly what I see this community doing in India,” Blair Singer said in his address.

‘TIME COMPRESSION’ CASE STUDIES
The retreat highlighted what Siddharth aka Sidz described as ‘time compression’ — the steep acceleration of business growth being recorded by members of the community. Dr Cherag Shah, who joined ILH at FBR 2025, reported crossing his first crore in three-and-a-half months, his second in 46 days and a recent crore in four days; he is currently at Rs 8.9 crore in business with a target of Rs 20 crore by the fourth quarter. Dr Sneha, another member, reported reaching Rs 4 crore over 14 months, with her most recent crore added in roughly 40 days.
“We are not asking founders to grind harder. We are asking them to compress time — to live ten lifetimes inside one. The Omega leader doesn’t burn out, because the Omega keeps reinventing,” Siddharth Rajsekar said.
A DIFFERENT KIND OF BUSINESS EVENT
FBR 2026 broke the conventional corporate-conference template. The two-day programme ran past midnight on Day 1 and until 1 AM on Day 2, was entirely alcohol-free, and combined business systems training with cultural elements: a closing chanting of the Kanakadhara Stotra – the thousand-year-old hymn to Goddess Lakshmi composed by Adi Shankaracharya – led by Vanita Siddharth, followed by an integration session by Dr Monicka Singh.
Each participant received an ‘Omega Lamp’ as a symbolic takeaway, designed for daily reflection. ILH also announced an AI-first roadmap for its community systems and learning infrastructure, alongside the Diamond Club Awards recognising milestone achievers across the community.
